President William Clark opened the meeting
Election of Officers and directors: The new officers and directors voted An overwhelming majority of member, and present voted for the new officers and directors voting with only one disqualified vote and one vote for Bernie.

William thanked Walter, Dick, Candace and Jack for taking the leadership of the paper tree project and to all others who are helping with the sales of the paper trees. It has gone better then expected.
Candace announced we have raised about $5600 so far. Shaw's, Hennessy's, Market Place and other merchants have done very good.
William reminded us that in the new year we need to all work together for the Jazz Brunch in February and the Chamber Music Tea in May.
Janet: Will start work on the phone book in January. She needs more volunteers to work on the committee.
Dick said if we donated $100 to "Like A Drop of Water" the club would be listed on the web site as a donator. The members voted to send "Like A Drop A Water" a donation of $100.
We all enjoyed the wonderful dinner supplied by all at Janice's beautiful Christmas decorated home. It was good to see so many club member spouses at the dinner. After dinner we enjoyed singing Holiday songs with the talented Lambert Brandes at the key board and leading the singing with her beautiful voice Lois Brandes.
