The Community Pancake Breakfast during Scituate Heritage Days was a success and over 300 breakfasts were served. We are indebted to Howard Tufts and Warren for their marathon efforts cooking over incendiary grills in suffocating temperatures. Our praises to Karen Kelley and Joe Kelley for their amazing culinary skills and their endurance in the kitchen for the entire morning!!! Special thanks to Bev and Bernie for the blueberries. Our praise and thanks to every member and friend who stood by Scituate Rotary and helped in any way. We are continuing to sell raffle tickets for the $300.00 Village Market Gift Card for another week.

Jack passed out a Heritage Days Pancake Breakfast Checklist that can be helpful when preparing for next year's breakfast. Nice work, Jack.

If anyone has a nomination for the Community Volunteer Award, please see Lisa Tompson as soon as possible.
