On Council on Aging. She mentioned how Scituate is a good community for both the kids and older people.  The population is getting older and more need for elder services. Council on Aging in Scituate is well rounded.

All kinds of services are available: SHINE, Snap, counseling and financial resources, transportation to and from doctor appointments, grant funding, legal assistance program, exercise classes, etc. Linda gave us so much information and reminded us a “needs” assessment should be done, as Scituate is becoming an older community.
