Rotary Club of Scituate in the News
The Scituate Rotary Club donated an Eastern Redbud tree to the Town of Scituate, which was planted in the Lawson Common park on May 3, 2018. Rotary International President (2017-2018), Ian Riseley, asked all Rotary Clubs around the globe to plant trees in observance of Earth Day 2018.

A huge thank-you is extended to Michael Breen, Supervisor of the Public Grounds Division of the Scituate DPW, for approving and arranging this planting project.

Photos: Mike and several other Public Grounds employees planted the tree along with ceremonial planting help from Scituate Rotary members JD Miller, Joan Powers, and Debbie Wheeler.
