The Auction is Scheduled to Start Wed April 15th and end Monday April 27th with a 2 hour Presentation on AACS. Sponsor Letters to be Mailed 3/6-3/9. Please call soon after these letters go out. Kits will be distributed at Club meeting on March 11th. PLEASE BE PRESENT FOR THIS MEETING TO EXPIDITE YOU CALLS. A sign up sheet was passed around to members to volunteer as either "Callers" or "Runners". Callers will do follow up cold calls and runners will assist in item collection. These roles are independent of your given list. The club is reaching out to a wider audience of Donors and these roles will be super important. ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE TURNED IN BY APRIL 4TH to allow for proper data entry.

Rotary Minute: Before the stellar work by Gerry and Jim to lead the auction., it was the Vice President's Job. Dreaded by all new VPs, it was a tremendous amount of work with a difficult learning curve. We can show our gratitude to our Auction chairs by getting our items in on time, properly filling out item cards and Bidding Big and often. (Did I mention I am the VP)
