The Attleboro Global War on Terrorism/VFW 115 is raising funds to erect a monument to honor service members of Attleboro, Massachusetts who served in the Global War on Terrorism which followed the terrorist attacks of September 11th, 2001.
The monument has three panels. The three panels represent the three American sites attached on 9/11. The two side panels represent the World Trade Center Towers in New York City. The maximum height of the side panels is 9 feet, representing the month of the attack. The distance across the monument is 11 feet, representing the day of the attack. Robert Shure of Skylight Studios in Woburn has designed the monument. Please visit www.attleborogwot.org to make a donation.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
1. Dave Bliss - Food drive pledges are going out
2. Attleboro Winter Festival is Saturday 2/15 (rain date of 2/16) - two shifts 4:30 - 6 and 6 - 7:30. We need one more volunteer for each shift.
3. The Attleboro Art's Museum is having the Flower Show from March 20th through March 27th. Rotary will be manning the Cafe on March 20th. All volunteer shifts are filled.
4. The Rotary will be participating in the Attleboro YMCA's Spinathon on April 5th. Please see Kathi if you would like to join the spin team.
