• Current 30 year mortgage is averaging 6.7%.
• Mortgage rate ranges from 1971 to present are a low of 2.65% in January of 2021 and a high of 18.63% in October of 1981.
• Construction of new homes is down 25%
• National housing inventory is at its lowest point since 1983.
