Fellow Rotarian and Director of the Attleboro Public Library, Amy Rhilinger, was our guest speaker. Amy provided a very interesting update on Library Life! She updated the group on the recent renovations and the challenges the staff faced during this time! There is a lot going on at the library. Soup Kitchen - Alissa announced that all shifts were covered and thanked those Rotarians who signed up to help!
UPDATE: The Soup Kitchen was held on Saturday, February 7th. Under the guidance of Joan Ricci, Rotarians made Joan's famous chili for attendees. Many thanks to all Rotarians who volunteered their time for this initiative! Photos attached.
Attleboro Winter Festival - the annual event will be held on Saturday, February 21, from 4:30 - 7:30 pm. Our club will be represented by Kathi Hague and members of the Interact Club. Our booth will be located in the "old" post office. Stop by and say hi!!
WEEKLY LUNCH MEETING - Scott announced that we will not meet on Wednesday, February 11th, as the restaurant cannot accommodate us due to another booking. Our next meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 18th, at Towne Tap & Tavern!
