Upcoming meeting topics. 1. July 20th President Christian Findt reporting on the recent International Rotary Convention. 2. July 27th. Rotary Club picnic at Rotary Park at 6 PM. The club will provide hot dogs and condiments and is asking members to bring their favorite side dish. Family welcome. Note...no regular meeting that day. Come and enjoy an opportunity to socialize with members and families. 3. August 3rd. Michael Pilgrim, our outgoing student for 2016-17 will be presenting. Note and reminder... 6.1.3.4 2017-2018 Budget Directors need to bring their funding request to the next Board Meeting. The funds will be allocated on a percentage basis. Community- 50%. International 30%, Youth 15% and Vocational 3%. Since we are operating on a $20K deficit budget, we could transfer that amount from the Bank Account. |
