What a great day at the Rodeo of Smiles on Friday, June 2nd at the Leduc Black Gold Pro Rodeo. Special needs children from the Black Gold Regional School Division of Leduc and surrounding areas receive a personal invitation to spend the day at a rodeo event organized especially for them. Rodeo of Smiles features a petting zoo, mascots, games, face painting and so much more!
McDonalds supplied the lunch after for these wonderful kids and their parents, they were a hungry bunch as they cleaned off the tables of food consisting of hamburgers, cheeseburgers and chicken McNuggets! Tim Hortons supplied the desert and then the music started! These kids had a blast dancing with their friends and parents, so very cool to see and a real pleasure to be involved with this event.
