Swan City Rotary Attends Heli Pad Opening

President Ken Loudon and Past President Dan Wong were present for the unveiling and grand opening of the Peace Country Health heli-pad at the QE II Hospital on December 7, 2007.

There was an inaugural landing on the heli-pad that morning as STARS was called to respond to an emergency. The STARS helicopter was able to be on-site for the ceremony. To watch a video of the helicopter taking off, click this link.
