Day 10 Today we went to Pepisan's regular Rotary Club meeting for breakfast. His club has about 24 members, but today we outnumbered them. We were able to bring greetings from all 4 Alberta Clubs and we received numerous "thank you's" from the local groups.

Then we loaded into a bus again for a trip to El Quelite, which is a small town of about 4000 people about 45 minutes north of Mazatlan. This community is receiving the bus from the Edson club so that their schools can transport the children to various events (clubs, sports, tours etc.) We were treated to a fiesta in the town square. There were numerous dance groups, singers, and performers to entertain us. The schools all had table displays for us to view. I can't describe the feeling that we had receiving the appreciation of this community.

Then it was off for lunch to a restaurant in this town that is well known in the area. We got back to Mazatlan at 1600 hour for a few hours relaxing, until we met the local Rotarians for supper at a restaurant across the street from the hotel.
