delegations from Mazatlan, Mexico and the City of Grande Prairie marked the signing of a sister cities agreement at City Hall on Saturday March 1, 2008. After the ceremonies Mayor Dwight Logan officially wished our Rotarians the best for their trip to Mazatlan and sent us on our way.
