District Governor Visits Grande Prairie

DG Tyson congratulated all of the Grande Prairie clubs for their outstanding performance and acknowledged Grande Prairie as a model for other Rotary communities.  Speaking to the 120+ crowd, DG Tyson brought a message focusing on our "Moon Projects," his informal theme for the year.  Many moon project examples were highlighted and members were left with a real sense of accomplishment and a challenge to improve, grow and evolve as clubs.  It certainly was a talk that was "short enough to be interesting yet long enough to cover all of the issues."(DG Tyson, 2008)
