 Rush Creek Facility.    Lunch boxes will be provided for a fee of $12 fr
 om McAlisters Deli.  We need to have our order in by Tuesday 2pm so PLEA

 nch boxes with either: (1)  Harvest chicken salad sandwich on croissant w
 ith chips. (2)   Ham & Cheese melt on ciabatta with chips. (3)  Garden 
 Salad with cup of chili. (4)  Savannah chopped salad\, almonds\, cranberr
 y\, gorgonozola cheese\, grilled chicken with sherry shallot dressing.  P
