  "decline" then you will not be charged for a meal this week. If you do no
 t register either way it will be assumed that you are attending and you wi
 ll be billed for a meal whether you attend or not.  If you do respond wit

  attend.  PLEASE BE SURE TO ESPECIALLY REGISTER BY NOON WEDNESDAY IF YOU
