Operation Red Nose Volunteers Needed

The Fort Saskatchewan Rotary Club is pleased to be running Operation Red Nose this holiday season.  Operation Red Nose is a national campaign designed to provide chauffer service to partygoers who need a ride home for themselves and their vehicle. We cannot do it without volunteers.  The program will be running for eleven evenings starting Nov 30 - so every Friday and Saturday nights 9pm - 3 am excluding Christmas Eve but including New Year's Eve.

“Each team is made up of three (3) people and it takes approximately twelve (12) volunteers each night.  In total about 70 volunteers are needed to make the program run smoothly, stated Terry Stacey Volunteer Coordinator. We encourage groups and organizations to put together teams and pick a night to sponsor.  We provide training and support to make it a positive volunteer experience.”
