Each p articipant will donate a $20 entry fee (100% of this money goes directly t owards the Rotary End Polio Now campaign)\, and each participant brings on e bottle of wine (worth a minimum of $20). The money and bottles of wine can be submitted\, along with each team’s registrat ion form\, to Ideal Office Solutions 10611 – 100 Avenue. The team’s re gistration form will provide the contact information of each Rotary Team c aptain\, so that daily updates can be sent out to them to forward onto oth er team members\, in order to keep everyone on your team engaged in the fu n. Each person’s name is entered into the draw (with the team name attac hed).
