The bottom line -- the Captain of the Party Train retained possession of the (coveted??! :) Marge Trophy for the time being, since Team #9 is still in first placeat the end of March! The Top Ducks are close behind in 2nd place, after having led the contest since we began last July! BUT Captain Party Guy chose to honor Captain Pole Dancer with possession of the Marge Trophy, in hopes of inspiring Team 4 to climb back out of the cellar (or up their pole) into safe territory once again! Captain Les did warn the club that it's possible the Marge Trophy may have a few teeth marks on it when he brings it back for our mid-month Points Review - courtesy of his "kids" Sophia, Bentley and Aston.

And of course, in this crazy contest it really doesn't even matter who's in the lead - we all just want to avoid the bottom three slots - 7th, 8th and 9th place - because they will be servants of the realm when Queen B is demoted on June 30th. It looks as if 9th place will "get" to handle the bar for the evening while the other 2 teams provide pot-luck side dishes and "other duties as assigned".

AT THIS POINT, with much movement every two weeks when the points are updated, The Ten Amigos (Team 5) , captained by Jim Feider, are in 7th place! The Super Seven Super Stars (Team 7), captained by Kurt Kitchell, are in 8th place. And The Pole Dancers (Team 4), captained by Les Melburg, have fallen into 9th place.

Less than 3 months to go.......................and counting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
