DUCKY DERBY -- Carla Barrett has agreed to take on the Public Relations job for Ducky Derby.  Thank you Carla.  Tickets will be available after new teams have been chosen.  If you want tickets now, contact Marge.  We are still in need of more than $10,000 to run the race.  Look through your contacts and talk to your friends, business contacts and anyone you think will even make a small donation to the race.  Remember, the more money we raise for the administration costs, the more money we can give back to the kids.  Take a look at the updated website:  www.reddingduckyderby.com

FAMILY BIKE RIDE -- May 23 is the Family Bike Ride, beginning at 6 p.m. on the north side of the Sundial Bridge.  A post ride celebration will be held at Market Street Pizza.

EHS SOBER GRAD -- In keeping with our tradition, we will provide the staff and table games necessary to pull off a miniature casino night for the graduating class' amusement.  Crucial to our success is the help of 15 or so Rotarians, spouses /S.O.'s and friends. So far, we’ve signed up just 3 Redding East Rotarians to work this event. The event is held inside the Enterprise High School Gym from 10 p.m. June 7th to 3:00 a.m. June 8th. You are advised to take in some "shut-eye" prior to arriving.  Typical attire as dealers, white shirt or blouse and black trousers/skirt. Sign up sheets will be available each Wednesday during our lunch meeting.  Let's take one sleepless night to set an example that truly has saved lives. -- Parrish Malson, Chair of the Sober Grad Committee
