  1. Winners will be notified of their win by telephone, in person, or double registered mail.
  2. Prizes will be awarded to the winners by hand delivered or double registered mail and must be signed for by the named winner.
  3. A cheque will be issued to the winner within 3 weeks of notification.
  4. A charge of $20.00 per cheque will be levied for all issued "non-sufficient funds".
  5. Raffle tickets will not knowingly be sold to persons under the age of 18. All ticket sellers are instructed to advise adult ticket purchasers not to write the name of a person under 18 years of age on the ticket. When winners are under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the parent/guardian with notification to the Public Trustees office.
  6. Tickets must be sold within Alberta.
  7. If a ticket stub with more than one name on it is drawn, the licensed charity shall award the prize to only one of the individuals identified on the stub. In the case of multiple names on the winning ticket, the Rotary Club of Edson will issue the prize to the first name listed. The Rotary Club of Edson and AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between different persons purchasing one ticket.
  8. There are no restrictions on the participation of Rotary Club of Edson members, families, etc.
  9. Prize winning tickets will be returned to the draw box and eligible for all further draws.
  10. No refunds.
  11. There are 350 printed tickets.
  12. A minimum of 300 tickets must be sold before an application for a draw extension is made.
  13. Should a prize winner not be located within 1 year from the draw date, The Rotary Club of Edson, with written permission from the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, will donate said cash winnings to a charity of the Rotary club's choice.
  14. All draws will take place at the Galloway Station Museum on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 12:30 p.m. (As per ticket schedule).
