Truth : We have no secret handshakes or rituals. Rotary is an open society of men and women who simply believe in helping others.

Myth #2: You have to be older to join Rotary.
Truth : Absolutely not! Anyone over 17 years-old with desire to help others is eligible.

Myth #3: You must be a business owner.
Truth : Members include teachers, tradesmen, real estate agents and many other professions and vocations.

Myth #4: You have to be rich to join Rotary.
Truth : Fees are about the price of a weekly coffee. You only need a desire to serve your fellow man.

Myth #5: Rotary is exclusive and difficult to join.
