The Garage

As a music educator and performer, Jack Kolb-Williams has spent the last 14 years composing, developing curricula, leading ensembles, and teaching students of all ages. He has been with THE GARAGE since 2012 and in 2014 founded Catalyst Music which is the nonprofit that has taken over operational control of the music venue and recording studio.

THE GARAGE is an all-ages, alcohol-free music venue and recording studio operated by the 501c3 nonprofit Twin Cities Catalyst Music. In addition to shows featuring local, national, and international artists, THE GARAGE is a community space focused on providing meaningful opportunities for young people living in Burnsville to see, experience, and participate in the music with which they identify.
