Root for Trees ~ Guided Tree Planting Event

There is still room for people to sign up for this event.

This project is perfect for clubs to come together through service to improve our community and the environment. Anyone and any age are welcome, so bring your kids and grandkids.

Facilitated by two program staff, registered group plantings are hands-on educational opportunities that are fun and inclusive. This group volunteer opportunity is perfect for team building, families, students, clubs and community groups.

Root for Trees provides:

Program staff who guide a planting demonstration, safety talk, and share interesting facts about Edmonton's urban forest
Native trees and shrubs
Shovels and gloves
If you would like to join in sign up, and bring a family member or a friend. I have attached a map of where we will be planting.
