Exchange student bound for Austria

St. Francis Xavier student Everett Piper, is bound for Langenlois, Austria for the 2008/09 school term.  Everett hails from Dawson Creek, B.C. but has been going to school here in Edmonton to pursue his interest in soccer.   Our club has a connection with Everett in another way. His Mom, Sandra Piper was a guest speaker at our Fork it Over event in January to support Sorrentino's Compassion House as she was a resident there during her recent cancer treatment. 

Everett is a bright young man who is ambitous and energetic.  He has volunteered along side Mayfield Rotarians at the YMCA pancake breakfast  and  Capital City Clean-up  events. He leaves for Austria on Aug 4.
