After a 13-year journey, Alyssa Haunholter has taken on a new professional challenge joining the team at Keyera. Alyssa was a critical part of the team that brought the Sturgeon Refinery and the Alberta Carbon Trunk Line system from concept to completion. Now, Alyssa will take her vast experience and skills to Keyera leading their external stakeholder engagement efforts.  Congratulations, Alyssa!

 

 

Lori Schmidt is also at it again as a global powerhouse! Lori is a one of 33 international contributors to the most recently released Global Federation of Competitiveness Council's publication, Leading Through the Chasm and Into the Future Economy.  Head over to page 83 to read Lori's thought-piece on bold leadership. 

 

 

"Once a Glenora Rotarian, always a Glenora Rotarian" and we celebrate our former members who continue to achieve incredible milestones. Ruth Collins-Nakai was announced this week as one of the Spring Convocation 2021 Honorary Doctorate recipients from the University of Alberta. Ruth will receive an honorary doctor of science degree and will be feted for her illustrious career in cardiology and this honour follows from her Order of Canada induction in 2016.  We continue to applaud and be inspired by Ruth's leadership and passion for her work.
