Operation Orange Club Service Project

September is Hunger Action Month, when the ACRFB asks everyone in the community to take action to fight hunger in our area, all month long. Hunger Action Month is your opportunity to join a movement that has a real and lasting impact on our effort to feed more hungry men, women and children than ever before.

Akron Rotary will be volunteering on Friday September 7^th from 5 to 7p for the sixth annual 24-hour volunteer event, Operation Orange! Every two hours during Operation Orange, approximately 200 volunteers will be working in the Foodbank’s 83,000 sq. ft. warehouse on an assortment of projects to keep up with the growing demand for emergency food.
