Leadership Retreat

Board of Directors members for 2014-15 and 2015-16 along with Club Chairs and Co-Chairs are asked to attend this workshop.

We will gather at the camp for Rotary's first World Cafe' to celebrate the Rotary Club of Akron reaching the stars and will set our sights for the moon!   Current and future Directors & Chairs are asked to attend.  Together, we'll provide insight on where Rotary is, what we can improve and projects for the future.

Good leaders are trailblazers, making a path for others to follow. Great leaders, however, inspire their people to reach higher, dream bigger, and achieve greater. Perhaps the most important leadership skill you can develop is the ability to provide inspiration to your team.
