Natilee weaves a rich tapestry of strategic planning, programming and connecting people--honoring her ancestors with her work. She started her career at the Federation of Child Care Centers of Alabama, advocating for equal access to early care and education for black rural communities. She has since worked with a multitude of dynamic organizations and institutions including Tuskegee University, the Wallace Center and the ACLU of Alabama. Her work centers racial equity, emotional intelligence and people-centered planning and facilitation.

Over the last eight years, Natilee has immersed herself in supporting and challenging freedom organizations that are creating better community food systems, public policy and popular education throughout her beloved Deep South and across the United States. Natilee holds a B.A. from Howard University, a J.D. from the University of Alabama, an M.A. from the University of Sydney and is based in Huntsville.
