Tom Butero, LICSW
Tom Butero is a trainer and consultant, providing services for non-profit organizations and
private industry. He holds a master's degree in social work and is a Licensed Independent
Clinical Social Worker.
Tom has over forty years of combined experience, as a direct service clinician and as a non-profit
manager and administrator. He has provided management and organizational training and
consultation and has done hundreds of presentations on various management and mental health
related topics including suicide and suicide prevention for organizations, schools and community
groups.
Tom recently published his first book: Suicide, Assessment, Intervention and Prevention, a
Practitioner's Guide, which is available through Amazon.com
Originally from Chicago, Tom is a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan. He and his wife live in Dartmouth.
