Coping with Depression and Isolation During Difficult Times

Peter Ham is a licensed mental health counselor who has been providing psychiatric services for 30 years.  He received his undergraduate degree in psychology from St. Anselm College and his graduate degree in psychology from Duquesne University.  His rich professional experience in community mental health includes educating and working with a diversity of individuals and families of all ages. Peter has authored several articles for the Massachusetts Medical Society and continues to be an expert guest speaker and consultant. He has a wealth of experience with many healthcare, business, and community institutions. When he is not working, Peter continuously volunteers in leadership capacities in many non-profit, community and professional organizations.  Peter is a husband and father of two boys.  His outside interests include being a Scoutmaster, scuba diver, downhill skier, gardener, beekeeper, trail clearer for the U.S. Forest Service and his time spent away from the telephone.
