Fall River Trees and Pruning [NOTE: Hybrid Meeting at White's and via Zoom]

Elizabeth McKinley is a project manager with Davey Resource Group. She works on projects that allow communities to better manage their trees for maximum benefits. This includes a variety of planning projects, management plans, tree inventories for municipalities and other public and private entities. Ms. McKinley is proficient in GIS and GPS technologies as well as computer-based data collection, tree and shrub identification, and tree risk assessment. Some of the recent projects Ms. McKinley has inventoried or led include: Springfield, MA; Fall River, MA; Somerville, MA; Concord, MA; Maynard, MA; MIT; Phillips Academy - Andover, MA; and Schenectady, NY.  In Schenectady, NY she teamed with the Stockade- Association, Planning4Places, and Ingalls Planning & Design to create the Historic Stockade Comprehensive Streetscape Plan.  She has also helped the City of Philadelphia with managing contractors with recent tree plantings, ensuring that they were correctly planted. She began working for Davey Resource Group as an inventory arborist on the Asian Longhorned Beetle Eradication Program in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she was responsible for inspecting host trees for damage consistent with ALB, and performing quality control and data management duties. Ms. McKinley is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire-Durham, where she holds a B.S in Environmental Sciences, Hydrology. She is a ISA Certified Arborist (NE-7108A), ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ), and a Certified Massachusetts Qualified Tree Warden (MQTW-1089).
