"Caden Pearson is a Certified Social Worker and the Workforce Development Manager at LPED, where he manages regional industry partnerships like the Lincoln Manufacturing Council and the EmployLNK network to build talent pipelines. 

He connects local employers, education systems, and community organizations to expand career access, while also serving as Vice Chair of the Lincoln Homeless Coalition and as a two-year member of the Welcoming Week Planning Committee. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his partner, playing music, and going on motorcycle camping trips."
