Lincoln East Rotary Club heard Lt. Kaleb Bruggeman from the Nebraska State Patrol speak about the many divisions that the State Patrol has within its framework. Lt. Bruggeman works in the Patrol Division with the Impaired Driving.

Let me suggest that those words were purposefully chosen to remind us that as Rotarians we are first of all concerned about others. Service above Self. Service to others above self. The use of the word “to” points toward a specific person or institution. For example: The blood pressure medicine is beneficial to him because he has high blood pressure.
