Rotary Reflections
One of the benefits of being a member of LERC is the common bond of interdependence, mutual interest, interlocking contributions, and mutual joy.  As members of LERC we are charged with seeing that this common bond is maintained and strengthened, a task requiring good communication, not only dealing with LERC, but with the District and international organizations.  Any relationship requires honest and open communication to stay healthy, so the relationships within Rotary improves when information is shared accurately and freely.
