Karl Giuseffi, Ph.D., is Executive Vice President of Research and Innovation at Talent Plus, where he leads the organization’s research, consulting, and product and technology teams and advances the strategic application of The Science of Talent ®. Karl strategically partners with executive leaders to simplify complex, data-driven insights into clear direction, guiding strategic decision-making—shaping people strategy, strengthening leadership decisions, and accelerating talent, engagement and performance. He will be informing us about what Talent Plus does as a business and how they go about working with the people and corporations they advise.
Karl's expertise spans psychology, human behavior, politics, organizational behavior and change, and advanced quantitative methods. He distills rigorous science into practical solutions for community and corporate leaders.
The planting will take place at the Indian Center (1100 Military Road, Lincoln) on October 7, 2026 from 5 to 7 pm. They ask that we bring our rakes and shovels! Gardening gloves are probably also in order.
Last Tuesday evening, all the book plates were installed in all the dictionaries and all dictionaries were allotted to give to all the third graders in Lincoln! Then pizza was enjoyed by all - with water not wine! Chris and Betty(not pictured) delivered dictionaries to Rousseau on Friday morning where we learned that especially the American Sign Language page was going to come in very handy in the next few weeks. The students we very appreciative, thanking us loudly as we left!
