Ryan Wieber has served as Director of Lincoln City Libraries since 2022. 

Originally from Michigan, he has degrees from Western Michigan and Wayne State in Detroit, and he started his career as a librarian at the Detroit Institute of Arts. Ryan later moved into the public library world where he directed libraries in west Michigan for 23 years.  

He cherishes his role as an advocate for improving lives through literacy, reading, and reaching the community with today’s public library services.
