We want to extend our sincere sympathies to the family and friends of former Mayor Coleen Seng.
She was an advocate for so many in Lincoln and became an honorary member of the Lincoln East Rotary Club in 2018.
She was recognized as Rotary Outstanding Citizen and received Outstanding Rotarian Awards.
Her memorial service will be Saturday, December 20, at First United Methodist Church.
