Ruthi Thompson has served as the Director of Life Enrichment & Volunteers at Tabitha for the past 2 ½ years. She enjoys supervising a team of amazing staff, engaging Tabitha’s residents and interacting with some of the best volunteers who serve in Tabitha’s many programs.  Prior to Tabitha, Ruthi enjoyed a 24 year career in Child Welfare, working with children who had endured abuse and neglect.  Ruthi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Management & Leadership, and considers herself a leadership development junkie!  When she’s not working, Ruthi enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 teenage sons and her friends, while also volunteering in the community, especially delivering for Tabitha Meals on Wheels!
