Pascal Weber, a Rotary International Youth Exchange Student, was awarded top honors Jan. 5 at Pleasanton North Rotary’s club level participation in the District 5170 Richard D. King Annual Youth Speech Contest. In a five-minute presentation, Weber focused on the contest theme of “Rotary Making a Difference” and youth exchange as a life-changing experience.
