Harvesters Mobile Food Distribution

Location: Shawnee Mission North High School

The Harvesters Mobile Food Distribution event at Shawnee Mission North High School (7401 Johnson Drive) will be back in 2022 in months when there is a fifth Saturday.

Please mark your calendars if you can volunteer!

These events are drive-through with volunteers loading food items directly into vehicles. Anyone is welcome to attend and receive food.

There is now a plaque dedicated to Rotarian Corky H. Nason at the bottom of the Clower Tower in downtown Overland Park. Thank you Wayne London for snapping this picture and updating the club.

At this year's Rotary District Conference, the club collected two patches for our Rotary banner. The End Polio Now patch is recognition for our club averaging $100 donation per person to TRF. The Star Club patch gives us the ability to get an additional $750 in additional funds for a District Grant.

Plan Ahead for Rotary

First Wednesday of the Month: Board meeting at Milburn - open to all members

Second & Fourth Wednesdays of the Month: Guest speaker and lunch in person at Milburn

Third Wednesday of the Month: Service project. We are setting aside time each month for a community service project in lieu of a regular meeting. These projects may fall on an evening or weekend. We plan to announce these as soon as they are scheduled to allow as many as possible to help.

Fifth Wednesday if applicable: Gather for lunch somewhere in Mission or social gathering after work
