PLEASE PARTICIPATE IN THIS WEEK’S ZOOM MEETING TO BE PART OF THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS. 

 

Fellow members, I feel it is important for you to be actively involved in  critical decisions regarding upcoming club meetings.  As you are all aware, we have been having virtual meetings every Wednesday using the Zoom platform.  These meetings have allowed those in attendance to interact with fellow club members and guests.  The number of participants has been less than I would have hoped for but the platform has been well received by those on the calls.

 

We have been informed by the Powell Community Center that on or after July 6^th meetings can be held at the center under new guidelines.  Those guidelines include reduced occupancy in the meeting rooms and wearing masks by all individuals while in public spaces, corridors and toilets.  Masks are also recommended, but not required, once in the meeting rooms.  There are several other requirements including signing in with name and phone number to allow for contract tracing if needed.  Additional requirements will be discussed in our virtual meeting this week.  We will also be discussing lunch payments, types of lunches, seating arrangements, alternate meeting types, hand sanitizer, etc.  We need to jointly agree on how we move forward as Lisa takes over the presidency of our club.  We value your input!  Please join us on Wednesday via Zoom.
