It's all about the food this week at Rotary! Chef Rachel Ciordas will be our speaker and will share about her evolution as a chef, her experience cooking on TV and her thoughts on the Kansas City food scene and trends 
 
About Rachel: Rachel was born the same year the word “foodie” was officially added to the English language, and boy, did that turn out to be appropriate.
 
Rachel has been a cooking instructor in the Kansas City area since 2010.  She frequently contributes culinary articles and recipes to local publications and does televised cooking demonstrations. She also shares fresh recipes and kitchen adventures at ThisOneBite.com. 
 
Rachel is a lifelong learner and has several degrees, a wellness certification from the Mayo Clinic and has studied cooking around the world including Le Cordon Bleu Paris. She loves to travel, and brings experiences from over 30 countries to her culinary creations. She also has a tall, dark and handsome husband and a couple of adorable kids who never mind licking the bowl.
