Coastal Cleanup

Alameda Rotary participates in monthly coastal clean-ups along the Alameda waterfront.

 

Protecting the environment is one of Rotary’s 7 areas of focus. Unfortunately, trash accumulated along
shorelines blows into the San Francisco Bay harming wildlife. Each month the Rotary Club of Alameda
joins San Francisco Bay Hope Spot to clean up the shoreline at Alameda Waterfront Park. Buckets and
grabbers are provided. Trash is sorted for recyclables. Join us in this important work to keep San
Francisco Bay clean for wildlife.
