A new community magazine coming to West Alameda!

A new community magazine we're bringing to West Alameda! The magazine is called West Alameda Living, and we're hoping to launch with the charter issue in late spring/early summer. I will be discussing my life story, and what has led me to this associate publisher position, as well as the purpose of the magazine, the target audience, and my motivation for joining Best Version Media and taking on this project.

Born and raised in Connecticut, Brian attended Fordham University in the Bronx, NY. After graduating with a major in Communications & Media Studies, and a double minor in Music Theory and Economics, he stayed in NYC looking for a way to work in the music industry. Finally, after a year of searching, He met a friend of a friend who was working for a local concert promoter. He was able to help me get hired, and after six months of learning the ropes, they split off and started our own promotions agency, TurnStyle Music Group. They ran the business for 12 years, with Brian expanding the business into the SF Bay Area market. Unfortunately, the global pandemic put them out of business.  Now after stints in recreational cannabis, and direct sales, he am starting a new venture with Best Version Media, to bring a much-needed community magazine to West Alameda.
