How to Create your Health Care Directives:

This self-help talk teaches the audience how to prepare their own Health Care Directive so that if the individual ever becomes unable to make decisions for his or herself, a designated agent will be identified to make decisions for the individual. A health care directive is more than just appointing someone to make decisions for you. It is also your way of helping your agent know what kind of health care treatments you are comfortable with and how you would like your agent to act in certain situations. This talk empowers the audience by showing them how to make an advanced health care directive on their own. The audience also learns that estate planning is so much more than just passing property upon your death.
