Four scholarships of $1,000 each are granted to selected graduating seniors of the four Wicomico County public high schools. Students apply for the awards through the guidance office at their school.  Primary screening is carried out at the school based on criteria provided by the Rotary Club of Salisbury.
Selection of the awardees is performed by the Rotary Club of Salisbury Scholarship Committee.  It is the Rotary’s goal to support individuals who are scholars that exemplifies academic excellence, leadership, involvement in extracurricular activities and service to others.
