Members of The Rotary Club of Salisbury spent yesterday and today constructing a wheelchair ramp for the widow of a Vietnam War veteran.  Working with the Chesapeake Housing Mission, 16 club members and three guests demolished the front porch and built the ramp.  For years, club members have built ramps for persons in need.  Another example of our members being People of Action
