We would like to thank the outstanding Plano Metro Rotarians and PISD basketball players who came out last Saturday to help our friends, the H.E.R.O.E.S. (Helping Everyone Reach Outstanding Educational Success), move their belongings from King of Glory Church. H.E.R.O.E.S. (Helping Everyone Reach Outstanding Educational Success) serves all people with different abilities from ages three through adulthood, through resources and lifelong learning, teaching the skills necessary for all individuals to become contributing members of society. PMRC members used two rented Uhaul trucks, Steve Parry's own truck, his son's truck, and the HEROES Van (donated by our club) to help with the move. Special thanks to Lawrence Mann, who brought several helpful and strong PISD basketball players to assist with the move. It was great having them there to help!
