YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS THE NEXT ROTARY MEETING!!!! Linda “Mama” Gold (Southlake Rotarian Arlin Gold-Stegmair’s mother), will be featured as our long-awaited and highly anticipated speaker, sharing with us her undoubtedly phenomenal “Rotary Story” this Friday (April 26, 2019) at 12:00 pm at Southlake’s Timarron Country Club.  

Passions close to Linda’s heart encompass the empowerment of and public policy advocacy for women and families, and particularly the empowerment of women and girls--locally and internationally.

As a Paul Harris Fellow and member of the Rotary Club of San Jose for over 14 years, Linda has served in numerous volunteer capacities within Rotary, including the Membership Committee;  International Services Committee; Public Relations Committee; and Rotary Play Garden Donor. Linda has traveled to Guatemala extensively for cleft palate missions as well as Africa for TB vaccinations within her San Jose, Ca Rotary Club.

Linda’s life epitomizes the zest, exuberance and vitality of an authentic, faithful and dedicated public servant, giving back to the community and sponsoring numerous worthwhile causes.  She unambiguously has made serving others and her community a mission of utmost importance, as exemplified through her numerous service and volunteer roles  --- those she has fulfilled OUTSIDE of her many roles within Rotary, as follows: (1) Founding Member of United Way’s “Women Leading Change” taskforce; (2) Founding Coalition Member/Research Committee Member for the Coalition to End Human Trafficking in Santa Cruz & Monterey Counties; (3) Board Member/Board Chair for Monarch Services whose mission is empowering individuals, families and communities to take action against violence and abuse; (4) Women’s Leadership Forum Committee Member for the Santa Cruz Chamber of Commerce; (5) Board Member of the Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce; and (6) Board Member of Sacred Heart Community Service, among many others.

Linda’s professional life is also one of triumph and accomplishment. She is the Founder, President & CEO of M3iworks, a serial award-winning web development and consulting firm in Silicon Valley/Santa Cruz County serving high-tech, financial institutions, waste management, zero-waste energy corporations, local government, small business communities, and local and international nonprofits.  The website link to M3iworks is:  https://www.m3iworks.com

Linda also holds a Master’s degree in Leadership & Organizational Studies from Saint Mary’s College of California.   She has been recognized for her numerous  accomplishments and achievements, including:
